PAY SCHEDULE:
$850.00 Now through - April 8th, 2008                
$975.00 April 9th  – May 13th, 2008

TUITION:
Covers all program cost (i.e. training materials & fees; lodging with breakfast, lunch & dinner  for June 8th - 14th, 2008 only ). Only breakfast will be provided on Saturday, June 15th, 2008. Graduation will be held on Friday, June 14, 2008 at 6:00 pm.

Tuition cost level is established once initial payment is received within the prescribed dates as indicated below.

Initial payment requirement of $200.00 is due with the completed application. The remainder must be paid by May 13th, 2008. A $75.00 penalty will be charged for accounts not paid in full by May 13th, 2008.

Accommodations:   SINGLE SIDE OF SUITE add $150.00 FOR THE WEEK                           

Parking:  In/Out parking  is $40.00 FOR THE WEEK (parking fee is to be paid in advance , no other arrangements will be made upon arrival on campus)

For Mailing In Payments:
All payments must be forwarded to the EDI office in the form of either:

[4] Purchase order

Checks are to be made payable to “Executive Development Institute”. No personal checks.

REFUNDS:
Full Refund: Written request received or postmarked by April 7th, 2008.
Partial Refund: A $125.00 fee will be deducted from any written request received between April 8th, 2008 thru May 13th. 2008.

No Refund will be allowed after May 13th, 2008. No shows are responsible for the full tuition fee.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
All applications must be completed and received by E.D.I. Business Office by the close of business on May 13th, 2008. (No On-Site registration)

APPLICATION:
Must be signed by the applicant and forwarded with the initial deposit to the New E.D.I. Business Office for processing. *All chapters who are sponsoring students must ensure that each student submit an individual application.
